Thumbs up Another MMA Strength Training Workout!

Well i tried out another mma workout today its really simple and i didnt think it'd be that hard

3 x 10 One arm dumbell swings
3 x 8-12 Two arm dumbell clean and jerk
3 x 5 Turkish get ups

First time for me trying those excercises out (usually do the clean and jerk with a barbell)... Wow! I thought it would be pretty easy but no! Was puffing and panting a fair bit but can really see where you're getting you're strength from if you're doing it right! Will definitely add these to my routine

Also i was limping a bit from a kick to my leg so was a bit wary of over doing it but managed to still get a few good quality sets in
