Default how does this look?

i am completely new to mma but have weight trained for a long time. I won't be starting mma properly until i go back to uni in september but my mates dad is pretty good and he was going to show me some basic stuff so until september i am looking to just get into condition for mma.

monday: am cardio
tuesday:muay thai
wednesday: pm:submission grappling, am: cardio
thursday: muay thai
friday: circuit training, exercises to failure 1min restx3: overhand cins, dips, burpees, plank holds/crunches, suggestions for exercises?
sat: rest day
sun: strength training 5x5: flat db press, deadlift, squat, oh bb press.

how does this week plan look for when im back at uni?

Looks good mate - feel free to steal some ideas from here my gym routine and here Complete MMA routine for strength, cardio oh and also here lol Another MMA Strength Training Workout!
