Default Gym - Training - Weights Routines

Post up your training routines here or ask for someone to critique your routine.

Feel free to ask what the best routine is for muscle building, weight loss, cardio, strength, speed and power etc!

my diet? thats a good one. I try to eat clean. veggies, fruits, fish and chicken, but I am pretty weak at times. I make frequent visits to mcdonalds, and I have a chicken wing addiction.

Lol - chicken wing addiction, dont think its the chicken wing more all the grease and crap stuck to it
Do you train on your own or with a training partner - really helps as long as they're motivated and commited!!

I train at a local gym, they push me pretty hard all the time. Its a pretty top notch gym. Cage, ring, lots of bands and kettleballs, tons of mat space. I'm usually up there 3-4 days a week. On the days I train up there, I try to resist chicken wings and/or mcdonalds cause I don't want to fart of my training partners, or puke on them. plus, that food makes me pretty slow and sluggish.
