Thumbs up Last nights BJJ/Jiu Jitsu Session!

Just thought i'd share how the session went last night

Touched on NOT laying flat on my back when someones in side/half guard, better to be slighty on my side, drilled that a few times with training partner trying to get past the guard to side guard and going slightly on my side otherwise laying flat on my back i have less chance to create a gap..

Did break falls, rolling forwards, and backwards.

Had a 10min rolling/sparring session managed to fend off a more experienced guy for a little while until he got me in a leg choke lol.. then rolled with someone else more experienced and managed to fend off most of his attempts nearly got a arm bar on him and tried a calf crusher but didnt do it quick enough! Realised how simple it is to throw someone if you're on you're back.. will have to get some vids on here

Also did a bit of conditioning to legs body etc

Overall a good session
